Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Customers must contact us before returning an item
Due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of some products, certain custom, personalised, or unique items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
